Evi Andrianou has 18 years’ experience in the financial advisory and consulting sector. She has held senior management positions in financial institutions in Greece and has successfully developed two financial advisory firms. She has executed a large number of transactions mainly for SMEs and MidCaps, offering strategic advice and structuring equity and debt transactions. She holds an MBA in Finance with Honours from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, (US) and a BA in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics
Arnold Spruit is a Certified Director with multi-cultural experience of the European mutual and alternative fund industry since 1998 and of non-Fund corporates since 2008. Currently he serves as a board member in a number of private equity entities, real estate investment funds, absolute return funds and other commercial and financial companies. He holds a Graduate Professional Certificate in Finance from Sacred Heart University in Luxembourg and a Bachelors Degree in International Politics and Strategic Studies from Aberystwyth University in UK.
Simon Hauxwell is a certified director with more than 25 years of management experience with a wide range of international and in-depth experience of financial markets including private equity as part of the alternative investments space as well as real estate, debt – including distressed debt – and infrastructure and other commercial companies. He holds an MBA with Honours from the University of Chicago, Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD (IDP-C) and a Diploma in Finance (ACIB) from the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
Anthony Braesch is an Avocat a la Cour and Partner in Bouchoms & Braesch Law Firm in Luxembourg, focusing on corporate and tax law, investment funds etc. He has 14 years of professional experience and currently serves as board member in various companies. He holds a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) from the University of Texas-School of Law in Austin, Texas, a Bachelors Degree in Political Sciences and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Strasbourg-School of Law in France.
George Mavridis has 17 years of experience in financial advisory and investment banking. He has held senior management positions in EFG Telesis and EFG Eurobank. He has structured and executed a large number of M&A transactions and advisory projects across a variety of sectors. He also has significant experience in operating, organizational and financial restructurings. He holds an MBA in Finance from Athens University of Economics and a BA in Business Administration from Aristotles University of Thessaloniki
Miltos Kornaros has 16 years of experience in the fields of private equity, investment banking and financial and operational restructuring. He has held senior management positions at EFG Telesis, EFG Eurobank, Marfin Investment Group, Investment Bank of Greece, Singular Logic and Geniki Bank along with starting a successful boutique advisory firm. He has structured and executed complex M&A, equity & debt capital markets transactions, across a variety of sectors both as an advisor and as an investment manager. He holds a M.Sc. in International Business & Finance from the University of Reading (UK) and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the American College of Greece – Deree.
